It has approximately 100 square metres of living space and approximately 352 square metres of lot area. The garden area is fenced in and not visible from the street. Pets (up to two dogs weighing up to 15 kg) are welcome upon prior notice (for a fee). On the ground floor, there is a large living and dining room with a leather couch, a dining table with 5 chairs, a living room cabinet, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system. You can use Wi-Fi for free here. A wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth on cold days. The separate, fully equipped kitchen has access to the patio. The separate utility room features an oven, a dryer, and a washing machine. The spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet is also located on the ground floor. On the upper floor is the first bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, and a play area for children. A cot is also available. A small guest bathroom is also located on the upper floor. The terrace is covered and furnished with a table and chairs. A grill is also available for your use. The visitor’s tax must be paid separately before arrival. We look forward to your reservation. Our well-maintained holiday home is located in a quiet residential area in Norden, near Norddeich. A good bakery and butcher shop are about 350 metres away. The Goode Wind restaurant is about 500 metres away. Several large discount stores and shops are easily accessible by bike or car, just about one kilometre away. The beach is easily reached via the Kolkpadd bike and hiking trail, about 2.5 km away. The Ocean Wave water park is about 2,000 metres away. Other coastal towns are easily accessible via the coastal road, and a visit to Greetsiel—perhaps as a bike ride along the dike—is well worth it.
