Our high-quality furnished apartment shines with a lot of luxury to make your stay as pleasant as possible. This includes not only the underfloor heating throughout the living area, but also the comfortable leather sofa and technical finesse, such as an LCD TV in the kitchen and in the upper bedroom. The whole thing is supplemented by a DVD player (including DVD) and a small music system with USB connection. As a very special highlight, this apartment has a cozy beach chair on the balcony so that you can enjoy many hours of sun sheltered from the wind.

The two bedrooms of this apartment are furnished with a double bed, one bedroom is on the upper floor, the other bedroom has 2 separate beds. There is an LCD TV in bedroom 2. The interior includes two bedside tables, an alarm clock or clock radio and bedside lamps. The wardrobe with hangers is enough for your holiday wardrobe. An adjustable travel cot is available for the youngest.

Oven, stove, extractor hood, coffee machine, refrigerator, dishwasher in the kitchen, microwave, blender, toaster, all necessary kitchen appliances, dishes, glasses, mugs etc. A high chair can be added to the dining area with seating.

This apartment has a spacious balcony with garden furniture and a beach chair. The storage rooms behind the house are available to every apartment. There is also a parking space at the house.

Pets are not allowed in this apartment. We ask for your understanding!

- The entire apartment (in the attic with blackout blind) can be darkened using blinds.

Treat yourself to a break from everyday life. This extraordinary apartment for four people invites you.
It is probably the many small, luxurious details that make the vacation break a very special object. This includes the comfortable leather couch in the living and dining area, where you can relax and enjoy the evenings. A flat-screen TV including satellite reception and DVD player as well as a music system with USB connection ensure the entertainment you want. Or come together for a cozy round at the dining table.
Everything you need is available in the kitchen, including modern electrical appliances, cooking and eating utensils. Of course, a dishwasher is also part of the convenience.
Two bedrooms can accommodate four people. The first, which is on one level with the living area, has a large double bed. The second bedroom with two single beds is located in the attic. The sloping roof makes it particularly cozy. There is also a flat screen TV here, so that the older children can also withdraw.
The entire property has underfloor heating. Even harsh climates are not a problem here.
Enjoy the hours of sunshine in your own beach chair on the balcony of the apartment. Here you are protected from the wind and can enjoy the unmistakable climate extensively.

Service fee
Each booking plus a one-time service fee i. H. 70.00 euros per stay, further details about the service fee can be found under booking information.
Our laundry package consists of bed linen, towels and shower rugs, dish towels and a service set (Toi paper, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, dish brush, cleaning rags and other small helpers for the carefree start of your vacation.
The beds are already made upon arrival. We would be happy to provide you with bed linen and enough hand and bath towels.
A cost contribution of EUR 13.00 will be charged for each person registered.
