3-room house 32 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room 10 m2 with satellite TV (flat screen), radio and CD-player. Exit to the terrace. 1 small room 4 m2 with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Top floor: (steep stair), 1 open room 5 m2, with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the garden. Urlaub in Norden

Wir waren zu 2 in diesem Ferienhaus. Es war ausreichend ausgestattet. Was fehlt ist ein Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank. Leider war das Wetter nicht so schön das wir die Terrasse viel nutzen konnten.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Das Häuschen war sauber, warm und schön sowie mit den ersten praktischen Gegenständen (Klopapier/Geschirrtuch/Spüli) eingerichtet. Für 4 Personen ist das Haus wirklich ziemlich klein, sieht auf den Bildern größer aus. Es reicht aus, aber man muss sich (mit Kindern) sehr gut organisieren damit nicht schnell Chaos entsteht. Wir haben am Anfang eine Spülmaschine sehr vermisst, aber an das von Hand spülen gewöhnt man sich auch schnell wieder. Insgesamt auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Die Unterkunft ist niedlich und sehr schön. Die Unterkunft ist sehr Zentral gelegen. Kleines Manko, es hat ein bisschen komisch gerochen, hier sollte mal geschaut werden und der TV-Empfang sollte mal geprüft werden.

Eine kleine und gemütliche Unterkunft mit einem kleinen Garten. In einer ruhigen Gasse gelegen. Mit Fahrrad 20min. nach Norddeich. Ca. 15min. zu Fuß ins Zentrum von Norden. Wegen der steilen Treppe zum Schlafzimmer nicht für Personen geeignet, die schlecht gehen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (Eigentümer) war sehr gut. Als etwas nicht funktionierte, wurde es sofort ausgetauscht, bzw. repariert. Alles war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Handtücher und Bettwäsche haben wir selber mitgebracht. Man hätte sie aber auchgegen einen Aufpreis haben können.

Sauberes Ferienhaus, klein, aber solide und ruhig. Die Treppe zum Schlafzimmer ist nichts für ältere Leute, die Trittflächen sind etwas klein geraten, am besten man geht sie wie auf einem Schiff rückwärts herunter.

Ferienwohnung schäfer

Das Haus ist viel kleiner als es auf den fotos aussieht. Und schon in die Jahre gekommen. Das sofa total unbequem und der Fernseher ist winzig klein und steht in einem Regal. Zum Glück war ich alleine .das Platzangebot ist mangelhaft.

Die Fotos, durch die wir die Wohnung gefunden haben, deuteten auf eine ausreichend für 4 Personen große Wohnung hin. Für 2 Erwachsende und einem Kind konnte man es gerade aushalten. Gottseidank erlaubte uns das Wetter viel draußen zu sein, so daß die Enge nicht zu dominant war. Außerdem gab es Probleme mit der Heizung. Als Vermieter kann ich meinen Mietern nicht vorschreiben, wie und zu welchem Zeitpunkt ich die Heizung nutzen muß. Dadurch haben wir nasse Wäsche, die durch duschen und Wellenbadbenuzung anfiel, kaum trocken bekommen. Enrweder Wärme oder Trocknen!

Wir haben ein paar erholsame Tage mit viel Ruhe und Fahrrad fahren gehabt.

Das kleine Häuschen ist sehr gut durchdacht gebaut , der Platz gut genutzt. Zu zweit kann man gut Urlaub machen.
