2-room apartment 45 m2, on the ground floor. Object suitable for 2 adults. Partly renovated in 2022, modern and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room 20 m2 with cable TV (flat screen), radio and hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace. 1 room 10 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Es fehlt ein Backofen für mich künftig ein muss. Auch das Bett ist nicht so gut da schieben sich Matratzen auseinander. Ansonsten Hammergeile Wohnung. Könnten man kaufen und immer drin leben.

Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, , sauber und prima ausgestattet, alles Nötige vorhanden! Die Terrasse könnte mal wieder etwas Pflege vertragen, was aber nicht wirklich einschränkt.

Saubere FeWo für kurzen Aufenthalt

Für ein paar Tage oder eine Woche Seeluft schnuppern - bei max. 2 Personen - ist die Ferienwohnung ideal. Die Lage ist super. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Leider keine Lademöglichkeit für E-Bikes im Abstellraum eingerichtet obwohl die Möglichkeit besteht. WLAN ist gut. Radio und Sat-TV vorhanden. Bad ist etwas für schlankere Leute aber ausreichend. Störend waren die Gärtner die die Grünanlagen am Haus und Umgebung schon früh morgens (an 2 Tagen) bearbeitet haben. Also nichts für Langschläfer.

Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen und denn noch Zentral, alles in fünf bis zehn Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sauber und das Bad ziemlich neu, aber klein. Der Rest sollte dringend erneuert werden, besonders das helle Sofa und die Sessel. Im Schlafzimmer sind die Matratzen durchgelegen und sollten ausgetauscht werden.

Eine erholsame Woche.

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber Bäckerei und Restaurants sind in der Nähe in ca. 5- 10min. zu erreichen. Strand und Ferienzentrum fussläufig in 15 min und Hallenbad in ca . 10 min erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich. Die Küchenzeile hat den Charme der 70er. Ein 4Platten Kochfeld wäre zeitgemäß. Das Bad ist ansprechend renoviert, lediglich die Dusche ist etwas eng (ca60x60cm). Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und der Empfang sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderbare Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen und denn noch sehr Zentral, alles in fünf bis zehn Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. EIN Punkt Abzug da die Terrasse nicht überdacht ist. Währe wünschenswert gerade bei Regen, so das man trotzdem draußen sitzen könnte. W-Lan leider nur hin und wieder mal für kurze Zeit vorhanden.

gut war das nicht

Als wir ankamen,war die Wohnung nicht einwandfrei sauber.Aschenbecher voll.Mülleimer voll.Dafür zahlt man dann Endreinigung. Dann war der Kühlschrank auf höchste Stufe gestellt,haben wir aber nicht sofort bemerkt.Wir waren einkaufen, und alles in den Kühlschrank. Am anderen Morgen war alles gefroren.Außerdem stand nirgendwo welchen Tag und welche Tonne wann rausgestellt sein sollte.Fernseher war eine Katastrophe teilweise ging nur ein Programm.

Sehr gut gelegen.

Gut gelegene Wohnung. Sauber, aber ein bischen renovierungsbedürgtig. ( Bad ) Betten sehr stark durchgelegen.
