Wohnung Mantelmöwe

Wohnung soweit alles okay, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber schön groß und geräumig . Könnten etwas mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad sein, vor allem für Handtücher. Im Großen und Ganzen ein sehr schöner Urlaub !!!

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt gut, Sauberkeit vor der Haustüre sollte verbessert werden zweite Mülltüte sollte vorhanden sein. Parkplatz am Haus ist gut. Trotz Lage an der Hauptverkehrstrasse war es ruhig. Restaurant, Lebensmittelladen, Bäcker alles in der Nähe. Strand und Hafen in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

Tolle Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet. Die Matratzen sind gut und wir haben gut schlafen können. Trotz direkter Lage an der Hauptstraße ist kaum Verkehrslärm zu hören. Da die Wohnung in der 2. Etage liegt, ist die Erreichbarkeit, besonders mit Koffern, wegen den engen Treppen mühsam. Die zentrale Lage ist toll. Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Empfehlenswert

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das einzige was ergänzt werden könnte sind Messer. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau Die Lage ist super,10 Minuten Fußweg zum Hafen. Bäckerei Restaurant, Eisdiele direkt zu erreichen, gegenüber. Sehr gerne wieder

Wir waren im Juli für eine Woche in Norddeich und wohnten in der Ferienwohnung Mantelmöwe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wohnung war sauber, ordentlich und lag zentral. Wir hatten alles was man benötigte in der Wohnung. Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte prima. Von uns ganz klar eine Weiterempfehlung.

muß renoviert werden

Teppiche total abgewöhnt und Fleckig,Fußleiste löst sich ,im Bad fehlt teilweise das Fugenmaterial,die Dachluke ist teilgeöffnet,im Schlafzimmerschrank fällt ein Boden raus fehlt ein Bodenträger,die Kleiderständer ist einseitig mit Doppelleben geklebt fällt bei 3 Hemden runter,Matratzen sehr schlecht Federn sind zu spüren,Kühlschrank sehr laut,Flecken an Wände und Decke,Fensterrahmen mit Risse,Haustüre muß immer abgeschlossen werdende auch von Außen eine klinke ist im Notfall sehr gefährlich.

Urlaub

Schlüsselübergabe zwischen 16 und 18 Uhr am Anreisetag nach ggf. 6 Std. Autofahrt geht gar nicht, zumal man mir an Tag vorher telef. spätestens 16 Uhr zugesagt hatte. Die Wohnung und die Lage als solches ist gut, Teppichböden sind jedoch nicht mehr zeitgemäß und renovierunsbedürftigt.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral, es ist alles gut zu erreichen. Es gibt verschiedene Restaurants ganz in der Nähe, Lebensmittelladen,Tankstelle. Zum Strand und zum Hafen nur wenige Gehminuten.

Teppichboden sah nicht so gut aus. Viele flecken auf dem Boden. Im Badezimmer war scheinbar der Fugenfüller ausgegangen. Habe Fotos davon gemacht. Ich kann sie Ihnen zusenden. Sonnst waren wir zufrieden mit der Unterkunft.Haben uns gut Erholt in Norddeich. Mfg R.B.

Haus-und Wohnungstür

Beide Türen müssen immer mit dem Schlüssel verschlossen werden. Statt eines Knaufes ,ist eine Klinke an der Haustür! In der heutigen Zeit undenkbar da im Brandfalle erst nach dem Schlüssel gekramt werden muss. Der Fluchtweg ist somit nicht reibungslos gewährleistet.

zentral und trotzdem ruhig

Die Ferienwohnung ist hell und freundlich, die kleine Dachterrasse war für zwei Personen ausreichend groß. Die Wohnfläche ist großzügig bemessen. Bis auf wenige Kleinigkeiten waren auch das Mobiliar und die Küchenausrüstung in Ordnung. Super ist der eigene Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus und die Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch zum Deich waren es zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten. Alles in Allem haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
