This high-quality, newly built apartment is located in a quiet yet very central part of Norddeich. The bright and spacious living area features a sofa, armchairs, a TV, board games, and a few books. The adjoining open kitchen is fully equipped: Here you’ll find, among other things, a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, Tassimo capsule machine, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, and blender. The washing machine is also located here. The dining table comfortably seats four people, and the beautiful balcony is furnished with four chairs and a small table.

The apartment has two bedrooms: One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m, separate mattresses), a wardrobe, and a TV; the second bedroom is located in the converted attic and features two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), dressers, and a TV. A safe is also available (without liability on our part).

The bathroom, which has a large skylight, features a walk-in shower, toilet, hair dryer, and sink. In the storage room, you’ll find a clothes drying rack, iron, ironing board, cleaning supplies, and a cot. A high chair (Tripp-Trapp) is also available in the apartment.

The main windows are equipped with fly screens; on the upper floor, all vertical windows have electric roller shutters. Pleated blinds (in the attic for blackout) are also available. The entire upper floor is heated by comfortable underfloor heating; there is a radiator in the attic.

A parking space is located in front of the apartment. Here you’ll also find a lockable garden shed for your bicycles. An electrical socket for e-bikes will be installed shortly.

Pets and smoking are not permitted in the apartment.

The “Küstenkoje” and “Ebbe&Flut” accommodation is located in the same building, should you need more space.

The holiday apartment is located in the popular North Sea spa town of Norddeich, just a few minutes from the dike, beach, and Wadden Sea. Numerous restaurants, cafés, and shopping options, as well as the harbour with ferry connections to the East Frisian islands of Norderney and Juist, are within easy reach.

Whether you’re looking to relax by the sea, take walks along the dike, or explore the historic city centre area of Norden—Norddeich offers the perfect setting for a varied holiday on the East Frisian North Sea coast.
