This holiday rental, completely renovated in 2026 and equipped to be allergy-friendly, features a balcony and is located on the ground floor of a multi-unit building in a prime location in Norddeich, just a few steps from the dike and the beach.

The open and bright living and dining area features a cosy sofa corner with a large TV, a very well-equipped kitchenette with an integrated dining area, as well as access to the furnished, southwest-facing balcony. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a separate freezer, an oven with a microwave function, a stove, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker.

The approximately 60-square-meter apartment has two bedrooms: One of the bedrooms has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m, single mattress) and an open closet; in the other room, you’ll find a spacious bunk bed (each 1.00 x 2.00 m) with a chest of drawers. The bathroom, which gets natural light, includes a toilet, sink, shower, hair dryer, and washer-dryer. The apartment is rounded out by a practical storage room equipped with an iron and ironing board, cleaning supplies, and a clothes rack—and there’s even room for suitcases.

All windows are fitted with pleated blinds, and allergy-friendly vinyl flooring is installed throughout the apartment. The bedrooms have roller shutters.

The holiday rental is located in Norddeich, a popular coastal town on the East Frisian North Sea. Thanks to its central location, the wide sandy beach, the harbour promenade, and numerous recreational activities—such as the seal sanctuary, the Ocean Wave water park, and mini-golf courses—are all within easy walking distance. The ferry terminal, with connections to the islands of Norderney and Juist, is right nearby. The surrounding area also offers many biking and hiking trails along the dikes, ideal for excursions into nature. A perfect location to enjoy the North Sea and East Frisia to the fullest.
