    "Juist", 2-room apartment 32 m2, on the top floor. With sloping ceilings, stylish furnishings: living/dining room 12 m2 with satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 small room 4 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Small balcony 6 m2. Balcony furniture. Facilities: children's high chair (extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. The very small double room is not suitable for elderly or mobility-impaired people (no access from the sides of the bed).

Klein und gemütlich

Es hat uns gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig, gemütlich ohne Schnickschnack. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder.

Schöne Lage ausreichend eingerichtet

Die Wohnung war für 2 Personen ausreichend eingerichtet gemütlich hat einen Balkon Fernseher und alles was man abends so brauch wir haben sie meist nur zur Übernachtung genutzt aber an sich konnte man gut drin verweilen dazu kommt die super Lage 600m bis zum Strand direkt in der souvenirmeile Restaurants usw.. Balkon könnte vielleicht bisschen erneuert werden. Was uns noch aufgefallen ist die Küchengeräte könnten gereinigt werden ( deshalb haben wir sie nicht benutzt ) keine spülmaschine..

Sehr renovierungsbedürftige Wohnung. Ecken, Kanten und Wände beschädigt oder verschmutzt. Ausstattung sehr lieblos und minimalistisch. Schlafzimmer zu eng, kein seitlicher Zugang zum Bett. Man muss von vorne reinkriechen. Küche nur für kleinere Personen geeignet. Kein W-Lan.

Parkplatzregelung sollte verbessert werden.wenn ich schon um die 500 Euro für diese/eine Unterkunft bezahle möchte ich auch einen festen Parkplatz. Zudem werden die gegenüberliegenden freien Parkplätze auch noch von mehreren Interhome Mitarbeitern belegt. Haare im Bett ....geht garnicht.... Ein Holzarbeiten als Duschkopfhalter...Hauptsache es funktioniert..aber das fand ich jetzt nicht so dramatisch...deswegen gibt's die mittlere Bewertung.

Saubere Ferienwohnung in guter Lage von Norddeich

Die Ferienwohnung liegt an einer der beiden "Flaniermeilen" Norddeichs. Direkt vor dem Haus steht eine Bratwurst- und Fischbude, für einen kleinen Imbiss zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist sauber, das Schlafzimmer sehr klein (wie auch auf den Fotos zu sehen). Insgesamt ist die Wohnung nicht für größere Menschen zu empfehlen, vor allem im Bad und an der Küchenzeile besteht sonst schnell die Gefahr des Kopfstoßens. Insgesamt können wir die Wohung aber weiterempfehlen. Achtung: Kein Internet/WLAN!

Schöne kleine Wohnung in guter Lage von Norddeich

Wir haben zu zweit eine Woche in der Wohnung verbracht. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden, sie liegt direkt an einer der beiden Flanierstraßen Norddeichs. Im Vorgarten steht eine Bratwurst- und Fischbude, die zu auch für einen kleinen Snack zu empfehlen ist. Das Schlafzimmer ist den Bildern entsprechend recht klein, und auch in der Küche und im Bad ist die Wohnung für große Personen nur bedingt geeignet. Wohnung war sehr sauber. Fahrräder kann man direkt unten im Büro bei Bedarf ausleihen. Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung weiterempfehlen! Achtung: kein WLAN/Internet in der Wohnung!

Lage Top

Lage der Unkunft war echt top. Wenige Gehminuten bis zum Meer. Der Balkon ist schön groß. Was leider nicht bildlich dargestellt wurde, ist, dass vor dem Haus bzw.vor dem Schlafzimmer ein Grillwagen steht. Im Sommer ein Fenster offen lassen ohne Grillgeruch ist fast unmöglich. Der ausgewiesene Parkplatz ist ein öffentlicher Parkplatz. Parkkarte gilt für den ganzen Ort. Wenn man tagsüber das Auto braucht ist der Parkplatz weg und bei ganz viel Pech erst abends wieder frei.

völlig ok

Insgesamt ist die Einrichtung schon etwas abgenutzt (etwas abgeranzter Balkonzugang, abgegriffene Polstermöbel, nach Rauch riechendes, speckiges Sofakissen) und die Bettwäsche hat gemüffelt. Die Sauberkeit und der Service sind völlig ok und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Leider gibt es Zuwenig Mülleimer für die konsequente Mülltrennung.

Insgesamt eine gute Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Jedoch war der Duschvorhang von Schimmel befallen. Wenn ein Sonnenschirmständer vorhanden ist, dann sollte auch ein Schirm vorhanden sein, aber Fehlanzeige... Die Toilettenbrille war leider zu groß, sodass bei jeder Spülung Toilettenwasser unter der Brille durch auf den Boden schoss. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war völlig ausreichend! Alles was man brauchte, gab es. Und dass die Messer nicht die tollsten und schärfsten sind, weiß man :) Insgesamt hat die Wohnung, die übrigens in einer sehr guten Lage ist ( Restaurants, Eisdiele, Strand, Seehundstation etc. sind fußläufig zwischen 1-10 Minuten zu erreichen) einen guten Eindruck gemacht!
