Upon arrival, it looked like our unit itself was still being worked on and under construction. All of our stairs were covered in drywall and debris when we checked in. Which I cleaned myself. For the duration of our stay the laundry room on the third floor had a horrible sewage smell, as well as the washroom. We did let staff know and they told us it was because the water wasn’t running and if we turn the taps on it will help but it never did. My son whose bedroom was up there couldn’t sleep there. When I got home, I sent an email addressing the issue and I didn’t receive a reply. The second concern I had was there are five lounge chairs around the pool. I believe there has to be over 20 units there with three bedrooms in each. The average unit must have five people in it. You are looking at an average of 100 guests. They definitely need more loungers around the pool. The positives are the unit itself was beautiful. There were high-end appliances. A stunning rooftop patio. It was very walkable however, I definitely don’t think it was worth what I paid. Also disappointed that I never heard back from anyone. I am hearing other people were fully compensated for the same issues. Sewage gases are quite concerning.
