Large primary bedroom with private bathroom & king bed. 2nd bedroom with double bed and 3rd bedroom w/ 2 single beds and a bunk bed.

Perfect location in the well-known and popular neighborhood of Palm Beach. Close to restaurants, and 1/2 mile east of the high rise hotel area. The neighborhood is a mix of local homes and vacation rentals with a local feel.

Home away from home

Our trip was a 4 generations trip. This house provide comfort for all ages of our group. The pool was a nice option for the evenings to soak in, relax, and spend great family time together. The house is very safe with gated yard and security system. The location is only a couple of minutes drive to the hotel area, and less than 10 minutes to Tres Trapi, Boca Catalina, and Arashi Beach. Property management company was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We would not hesitate to stay here on another family vacation.

Palm Beach Oasis Stay

Myself and 2 sons enjoyed our stay with this property. The property management team was communicative and responsive and easy to work with. We were greeted and welcomed and felt very comfortable. VRBO did a great job at showcasing the available properties and the follow on booking with this particular property management team went smooth. It was great to enjoy the beaches and hotel area but then drive 10 minutes to be in a real native residential location with private pool. Great job to VRBO and Aruba HomeMinders, Greg

Extremely satisfied!

My stay was extremely pleasant. Major highlights for me were; wi-fi, the pool/ outside entertaining area, the proximity to the beach and accessibility to night live. Another plus, the house has AC and great cross breeze ventilation when you are not using the AC units. Overall, would highly recommend staying here.

Truly Aruba

The house is set back on a quiet street, only a 5-minute drive to the Holiday Inn beach. Fully-equipped spacious kitchen, beautifully appointed open-concept parlor and dining room area with TV, comfortable seating and good lighting. Master bedroom and bath are also large. The other two bedrooms are good size and share a bath. Pool/patio area has plenty of seating with a BBQ and outdoor-style couches. Washer and dryer are outside with lines to hang clothes if you desire. House is immaculately maintained. Pool and grounds personnel are there twice a week. Recommend Elliot's restaurant for the best Italian this side of Rome. Property manager was friendly, courteous and prompt to honor any requests we had. Would DEFINITELY return - and have already referred it to our friends!
