This attractive and modern villa combines exclusive architecture with every modern convenience. Hot water, great WiFi, Alexa, Sound System, Smart TVs, a Safe, large gas grill, Airconditioning in all rooms and a modern kitchen!

We have 4 bedrooms which all have an ensuite bathroom, great closet space, are fully airconditioned and have their own TV.
Three of the bedrooms are accessable inside the house, and the 4th one is accessed by the pool.
Our home comfortably sleeps 8 guests, or even 10 guests if there are children in the group.
Bedroom #3 has 2 beds and could fit 4 children, bed measurements are 1.44cm per bed!

The large living room is bright and modern, is fully airconditioned and has a comfortable sitting area with a large flat screen TV (smart TV) and a dining table with open kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to comfortably prepare meals so you can save on eating some dinners at home. We have a microwave, oven, double fridge + ice cube machine, blender, coffee machine, tea maker, toaster, dishwasher and all the pots and pans and dishes.

The pool and garden offer excellent privacy and the BBQ grill makes it fun to cook outside while your family enjoys the pool. NOTE: the sitting area in the pool has JETS but is not heated.

Furthermore we have lounge chairs, beach chairs, a cooler and beach towels.
We value your safety so we also have a great alarm system with 24/7 monitoring and we have a safe so you can store your valuables.

This modern villa is nestled in the area of Safir, only minutes away from the best beaches in Aruba like Palm Beach and Arashi.
5 minutes from Palm Beach strip with high rise hotels, watersports and restaurants. Away from husstle and busstle of busy hotels- yet close by to enjoy the same beaches and activities any hotel guest has access to!

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Upon arrival, there is a cash cleaning fee of $280 USD for the cleaning after your stay. This is not charged through VRBO because your rental payment goes to the homeowners' bank account in America. The cleaning gets done by a local company in Aruba, so it is more efficient to have the cleaning paid out on location.

We highly recommend you take out travel insurance as soon as you book your trip as this provides you with immediate cover for unforeseen emergencies. Travel insurance helps cover financial losses associated with surprise circumstances that could ruin a trip, including illness, injury, accidents, flight or other transportation delays, and other issues. Please understand that if you do not have travel insurance, any losses because of emergencies will be at your own risk and we uphold our VRBO cancellation policy and only refund according to this policy.

Your water and electricity is INCLUDED in your rental.
However, we do take meter readings and ask our guests to be energy concious and report running toilets, turn off AC when the rooms are not in use.
