Relax with your friends and family in this extraordinary home neighboring Palm Beach in Aruba. Located in the Tuscany Residence Area of Aruba this house is in the perfect spot for a quick drive or 12 minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Aruba. Adjacent to the Ritz Carlton and the Marriott we are an easy walk to the Moomba Beach Bar as well as the kite surfing beach area. A short drive toward the California Lighthouse will bring you to Malmok and Arashi Beaches-- often a little quieter than the busier Palm Beach.

This 5 bedroom/ 4 bath home has been meticulously maintained and is well appointed with all of your vacation needs including a private pool. Includes a newly renovated bedroom and full bathroom adjacent to the pool. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the cookware and appliances that one could want whether in your own home or on vacation. A private gate secures the home and you will be greeted upon arrival by our rental manager Sartini. She will give you a complete explanation of all that you might need to know during your stay on Aruba. Sartini will also be available during your stay should you have any questions about the house or area.

The most wonderful part of the home is the private oasis in the back yard. Complete with dining area, lounge chairs, outdoor shower, grill area, and private pool. A perfect place to rest and relax following a day at the beach or shopping in town.

Beautiful Property in a great Neighborhood

We were 9 of us in two families, the place was centrally located and we took advantage of the place and was able to spend quality time with the family. If we decide to go back to Aruba I will surely like to go rent this place again. The place was packed with stuff and was very well maintained.

The house was so great. Stocked with so much-kitchen supplies, shower toiletries, towels, beach chairs, gas grill. We cooked a few dinners on the grill(lobster, yum) and ate at the spacious table outside, swam in the pool every day! Great location! Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Property for Large Families

There were 8 of us adults and the house had plenty of space for all! It is located very close to everything! We very much enjoyed the pool area and it was a great area to relax and be together. They have thought of everything from bluetooth speakers, phone charging cables to beach supplies. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook if you choose to. Communication was also great!

Perfect stay in paradise

This is our second time staying at this property. Everything is just perfect for a group of couples travelling together. There isn't anything you could want for in the house and the pool and patio area are a perfect place for gathering and relaxing after a day at the beach. Sartini is attentive without being intrusive. Marisa checked in during our stay just to make sure everything was in order. It was just perfect.

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed out time at this rental. The pool area was great and all rooms were well appointed. The area around the pool does get slippery including the patio so be sure to watch that small children don't run and slip. There were a good number of beach chairs, coolers, floats and some snorkeling equipment which was wonderful to use at the many beaches on Aruba. We did have a rental car and easily got around to food and beach areas. Baby and Arashi beach were strong highlights for us.

Amazing place !!

Wow, is the best way to explain this place and stay. The house had everything that you would need to enjoy a week in Aruba. The property manager was so responsive and provided so much information that you couldnā€™t ask for anything more. My family, each enjoyed their own suites with bathrooms, and my grandchildren spent hours in the pool. The kitchen was well stocked, which is important because we enjoyed making some wonderful family meals. I would highly recommend this property and will keep it in mind if we ever have the opportunity to go back.

Beautiful Home!

We absolutely loved our first trip to Aruba. And what a beautiful home! We will definitely be back! Sartini was very helpful; we had a couple of questions over the days, but she is very quick to respond via text and/or email. The house was very clean and comfortable and someone was there almost every morning cleaning outside or attending to the pool. That shows how much the owners care about the upkeep of their home and comfort of their guests. We will be back!

Birthday celebration

I celebrated my 70th birthday with my hubby and 6 friends. The property was amazing and we all enjoyed it and the ambiance it provided. I would recommend this property to anyone considering Aruba. Also it seems previous guests left condiments, etc., which helped because food is very expensive and it was less to purchase. I would also advise check out the kitchen before you shop for food. Iā€™ll be back (in my Arnold S voice lol)

Excellent choice! Everything was perfect for our family of 9 including one year-old granddaughter. House was fully equipped with everything you need and then some. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Excellent location and Sartini and Rose were very helpful! We used a local rental company for a crib and high chair which I also highly recommend. You will not be disappointed in this choice. Will definitely stay here again if with a group. Highly recommend!

The property is close to so many great beaches and only a few minutes away to all the great nightlife. Our favorite beaches were Divi and Arashi. The house was perfect for our adult trip with four couples. We each had our own room with bathroom. The backyard is amazing with the pool and we hung out there all the time. The pool table was a plus and the extra apartment was great. The managers Sartini and Rose were wonderful and checked in on us throughout our stay. They also recommended a chef we got for our last night and Chef Ilja and his assistant Sarah were awesome! I highly recommend hiring Chefs Aruba for your stay. We will probably come back with our kids and we will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house for the week!

Just returned from a week with another family - four adults and three daughters (ages 18 - 22) - and we all felt the house was perfect for us. Everything was nice - but the pool and outdoor areas, the large and well stocked kitchen and the modern bathrooms were highlights. Plus the supply of nice beach chairs, floats, coolers, etc. were used almost every day on our various beach adventures. The location was excellent in a quiet neighborhood but just minutes from the action and beaches. Owner communication from booking through check-out was spot on. Sartini and Rose were very helpful and attentive with recommendations for us and our daughters for nightlife; Sartini responded the next day with a new blender when the original one died! Highly recommend this villa and so glad we booked it for our first visit to the happy island of Aruba!

Nice House but Aruba is HOT

Our group greatly enjoyed our trip to Aruba and staying at this house! While the house is a bit more dated than the currently listed photos it is still a nice home base with lots of good amenities. The property manager (Sartini) was incredibly helpful in recommending things to do on the island and very responsive throughout our stay. The location is obviously not on the water, but is in the closest residential neighborhood to the high rise hotels and only about a 20-30 minute walk from the beach. However, at a much lower price point than the hotels it was still a reasonable value. The only complaint reducing our score from 5 stars is that the AC was not "effective enough" in a few of the rooms (fortunately not mine!) which led to some frustrations in our group. However, if you don't like the head don't come to Aruba!!

Wonderful home!

We jetted off to Aruba for a family wedding, and boy, did we strike gold with this gem of a house for our gang of 7! The house exceeded our expectations from the photos! Everyone had their own slice of paradise, and we soaked up every bit of it. It was conveniently located near beaches and restaurants, just a quick 5-minute drive with a car. The pool was a fantastic addition, perfect for early morning or late night swims, or relaxing after a day at the beach. Sartini was attentive and checked in on us to ensure we were settling in comfortably. The house is fully equipped with everything you would have at home. It felt more like stepping into someone's personal residence than a basic rental. Having coffee available before we even went to the store was a nice touch. I would rate this experience 10 out of 10! One thing to note is that the pool is deep, so it may not be suitable for holding a toddler, but there are plenty of floats available, and my granddaughter had a great time sitting on the stairs. Do not hesitate to book this beautiful place!
