We stayed here late December 2025-early January 2026. We rented unit 1 but were installed in unit 3. Overall, the stay was okay. The property is as pictured and is in a very nice neighborhood. Inside, it is updated and comfortable. There is a cooler and beach chairs. There are dishes and pots and pans, but there is nothing else besides salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar. Although the property has hot water, we were never able to take a hot shower. A couple of times we got some hot water however, the water would abruptly change to lukewarm/cool. It would never stay hot. We did encounter another issue with one of the bedrooms having a problem with mosquitoes. We never found out where they were coming from but every time we walked into our bedroom and washroom, tons of mosquitoes were flying everywhere! We ended up purchasing an aerosol and would have to spray constantly to kill them. It wasn’t that we opened the doors to the patio, there was an actual mosquito problem inside the room. Mostly in the walk-in closet. So just be prepared to do the same. When brought to the attention of the host, we were pretty much dismissed. Outside, there was too much unkempt vegetation around the pool area making it hard to keep it clean. The outdoor furniture cushions need some replacing. There is an outdoor shower which comes in handy.
