About this property
Luxury 2BR Palm Beach Condo| Aracari 25 by Bocobay
- Experience the best of Aruba with this amazing 2-bedroom condo in the brand new Aracari building, just 3 minutes from Palm Beach. Take advantage of the rooftop terrace with panoramic views of Palm Beach and the crystal-clear turquoise waters. Stay fit in the on-site gym, while enjoying the breathtaking views. Savour the Caribbean breeze while cooking up a storm on the rooftop BBQ grill. And when it`s time to explore, the stunning Arashi Beach and Boca Catalina are just a short 7-minute drive away
[Noise] Please be mindful of neighbours and refrain from excessive noise or loud music, especially after 10pm.
[No smoking inside] Please note the property is no-smoking. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee taken from your security deposit for odour removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. If you smoke outdoors, please dispose of your cigarettes safely due to the high risk of fire.
[No Pets Allowed] We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, the property is not suitable to accommodate them
[No Parties/Events] We kindly ask you to treat the property as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
Thank you very much for your understanding.
