"Schon bei der Ankunft an der Rezeption wurden wir super freundlich empfangen und es wurde uns alles ausführlich erklärt.Es war eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft! Bei Ankunft war alles sehr sauber, In der Wohnung selbst war alles vorhanden. Sämtliches Geschirr und auch alle benötigten Geräte.Es war allerdings nur eine Pfanne vorhanden und diese sollte dringend mal erneuert werden. Was auf jedenfall fehlte war ein Sonnenschirm, sehr schade."

"Wir waren mit unserem Hund da. Einfach nur toll. Nicht überlaufen, am Rande eines kleinen Waldes. Zum Bäcker 5 min, zum Badestrand mit Hund 20 min zu Fuß. Nicht extrem voll, also auch da entspannen angesagt! Leider gibt es keine ausgebauten Fußwege, auch nicht nach Sassnitz. Durch den Autoverkehr und Fahrradfahrer manchmal nicht so einfach von A nach B zu kommen. Aber schön, wirklich sehr schön dort für Ruhe und Erholung."

Die Wohnung war geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Die Lage der Wohnung ist herrlich ruhig, idyllisch und ideal zum Entspannen.Ein großes Dankeschön auch an die herzlichen Schörnigs, die uns jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit zur Seite standen. "Schimmel, Dreck und dringend nötige Renovierungsarbeiten Bedauerlicherweise war unser Zimmer sehr abgelebt und dreckig. Das Bad war stark verschimmelt. Das Reinigungspersonal hat das Zimmer auch während unseres Aufenthalts nicht sorgfältig gereinigt. Die Fotos zeigen den Zustand der Räumlichkeiten exemplarisch. Der im Zimmerpreis enthaltene Zugang zur Splash-Therme konnte nur wenig über den Zustand des Zimmers hinwegtrösten. Denn auch die Therme müsste dringend renoviert werden."

"Rugen rentalWe were very disappointed with our rental experience. The house was very cold when we arrived although the heat was on. It appeared the house had not been occupied for some while, and the in-floor heat had only recently been turned on (perhaps the morning of our arrival?) and it took 2 days for the house to warm up. It was very chilly! The dishwasher had a putrid odor after we ran it. There was old rotting food in the bottom, and pink slime on the dishwasher arms and gaskets. I dismantled as much as I could and cleaned it thoroughly. After multiple uses the odor finally dissipated.One of the cupboards had a broken hinge when we arrived. Two of the coffee makers were broken. We contacted the owner who sent a repair person the next day to fix the cabinet, but did not replace the broken coffee makers. Instead, we were told to use the nespreso machine. We were surprised that a replacement coffee maker was not provided. The kitchen was supplied with one dishcloth, one dishtowel, and only 3 dishwasher tabs to last our family of 7 for a week. The kitchen is compact, with room for only one or two people at a time. The dining room is also very compact and difficult to move around especially when people are seated at the table. The description and photos of bedrooms was inaccurate and deceiving. There are only 3 bedrooms with beds. On the website, the first two bedroom photos are of the same room, which is why we thought there were four bedrooms"
