"Place is a little old/tired but had everything we needed and it was a big comfortable room. We checked in using the out of hours self-check in, which was easy to do. Whenever we saw staff at reception, they were very friendly and helpful. Good location, short walk to Schwanenteich parkrun, 2 x supermarkets, town Centre etc."

"Pleasant stay at a historic hotel in Bad Nauheim. Everything was great except for one big fail by the staff: I had an early Saturday morning train to catch to get to the Frankfurt airport. When I asked at reception Friday evening to reserve me a taxi for the transfer to the BN train station, I was told I only needed to come to reception in the morning and it would take 5 minutes to have one come to the hotel. That I did. After 15 minutes of waiting and train departure time getting closer,...

Quando sono salito in camera, ho trovato la tavoletta del water e la porta finestra che dava sul balcone, rotte. Ho informato subito la reception.
