This luxurious, lakefront apartment is approximately 100 square meters and can accommodate up to five people. A highlight is the large south-facing balcony with direct lake views. The spacious living and dining room, adjoining the terrace, features a fireplace, a large panoramic window, an L-shaped sofa, a generous dining table, and cherry wood parquet flooring.

The master bedroom has a double bed with an allergy-friendly cold foam mattress and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom, also suitable for two people, includes a desk. A large bathroom features a bathtub, a shower with tropical shower jets, and a toilet. The second bathroom also has a shower and toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a separate beverage cabinet, a combination oven/microwave, and a ceramic cooktop. The living room includes a TV, DVD player, and Bose surround sound system. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. A video intercom system is also available. The blinds and awning are electrically operated. A high-quality seating area is provided on the balcony. Barbecuing is permitted until 9 p.m.
