"The Ocean Club East is a good resort, beach is nice, less crowded, easy to get beach chair, good cleaning in rooms BUT overall staff is not very nice/accommodating for eg: No coffee in room and when we asked, they never kept and later, we went in lobby and still nothing was kept in room so felt like they save money on small things. We will request a chair in balcony and they have lame excuses and even if we found out an easy chair in the balcony is broken but they never kept so irritating.
Restaurant is crowded in day time and slow services but good veggie and drink options at the beach. all good but somehow staff is conservative."
"It was a nice quiet place, with little to no amenities. The beach is amazing, thy provide towels, and chairs.
The bar happy hour was supposed to be best on island. I think it is if you’re referring to price. As far as friendly service and good music during happy hour then no.
Breakfast…it took about 20 minutes to get coffee and another 15 to have our order taken. Then an hour before food arrived. And the food was ok.
Reception was not helpful, I was looking to extend out stay and they were not helpful at all to assist so we left and went somewhere else. Not sure I would return as I might be looking for some more amenities as well as better, attentive staff as well. "
"Cute clean hotel in T&C, with each room having a balcony/patio overlooking the pool area.
Dedicated Grace Bay Suites beach area with umbrellas and lounge chairs are literally across th street past the shopping area then down a short path - to paradise. Don’t forget your beach towels at the front desk.
It might not be a grand resort right on the beach - but it feels that way since you’re so close and the hotel is clean with nice people running it.
Shopping and restaurants are all within a 2-3 block area. Highly recommend this hotel. "
"Great resort in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos. It's located across the street from Grace Bay Beach. Resort has shuttle service for it's guest to the beach and the beach seating area is very close to the water.
Daily breakfast was good. "
"The Oasis was wonderful! Beautiful grounds and very clean. The shuttle to the beach was readily available and the beach chairs and service were great. Really enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast. Would stay here again for sure! "
"Our room was on the beach with a view of the beach. We were 20 feet from the beach. Room was very clean. Meals were excellent amazingly consistent. Drinks were great. I loved the spa. Staff was helpful and friendly."
Private Beachfront Luxury Estate with Infinity Pool & Concierge incl – Sleeps 16
10/10 Excellent
"This house was absolutely beautiful and could not have been a better fit for our group of 13. The layout was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for gathering while still giving everyone their own space. Every detail felt thoughtfully planned. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with cooking amenities—coffee maker, plenty of pots and pans, plates, bowls, and everything else we needed to cook for a large group. It made group meals easy and enjoyable. The absolute highlight of this home was the private beach right in the backyard. Having that level of privacy, stunning views, and instant beach access was beyond amazing and truly made this stay special. The concierge service included with the rental exceeded all expectations. Anything we needed, they were there to help. From arranging a private chef and photographer to booking activities, they went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and memorable. Their level of service made a huge difference.I would 100% recommend this house and would stay here again in a heartbeat.A quick note for future travelers: North Caicos is very quiet and tranquil, which we loved—but it’s important to plan ahead. There is no retail shopping (just two small gift shops at the port), no bars, and only a few restaurants. Grocery stores are very limited, with minimal selection, so I highly recommend doing your main grocery shopping on the main island before heading over. You will also need to rent a car, as there are no taxi services. "
