MCM Waterfront Getaway w/ Private Dock + 4 Kayaks

  • Welcome to our Mid Century Modern waterfront hideaway on the highly sought after Curry Creek. Perfectly situation between Nokomis Beach (2 miles) and Venice Beach (3 miles). Enjoy spending time fishing on the private dock or getting out on the water with our 4 kayaks and slip. We're located a half mile away from The Legacy Bike Trail (we have 3 bikes for guest use). The house has a large firepit, charcoal grill, cornhole, tons of supplies for shark teeth hunting and days spent at the beach.

    The space
    3 bedroom, 2 bath home. 1,950 sq. ft. The house has 2 primary bedrooms, each equipped with king sized beds and large 55" smart TVs. The third bedroom has 2 full sized beds. Private fishing dock that can accommodate 22' boat. Kayak slip for easy access out to the Gulf. Waterfront views throughout the home. Split floor plan with open concept living/dining room and kitchen perfect for entertaining and spending time with family and friends ♡

    The nearest boat/jetski launch is located 2 miles from our house, about a 6 minute drive.
