Lovely cottage close to beach

  • Beautifully renovated 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage in the highly desired Lyons Bay neighborhood. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, spacious kitchen, and nice desk office area off of the living room. Conveniently located approximately one mile from beach and a short drive to downtown Venice where you will find all the shops and restaurants you could hope for. Property has large yard (plenty of room for a boat or jet ski), with washer and dryer, as well as a screened lanai and tropical landscaping.
