"Had a lovely stay at the property but there were a few annoying points. Leading up to the stay I tried to contact them via Expedia and email to request ground floor access but got no response! Parking spaces are very tight, even with a reasonably small car, very difficult getting in and out, almost impossible with a baby. The property was generally very clean but there were some stains on walls and ceilings etc. and could have done with a refresh. Kitchen was well equipped but as with other...

"Lots of space, all the necessities included! They even had the equipment to go rock-pooling. We were a family of 2 adults, 2 kids and a grandparent and were able to spread out across the rooms. It would equally work well for 2 families of 4. We didn't use the spa bath. Good location Would definitely go again, met all our criteria and worked very well for us! "

"The house is located on the nice island Noirmoutiere. The island can be explored by bike. Therefore it was very nice to have bikes at the house. The bikes were not very new but they helped as to explore the northern part of the island with the family. I think you would pay at least 40€ per day extra to lease 4 bikes.
