"My wife and I stayed 4 days while attending the 24h le mans. Being a short walk (50 feet) from Nogent le Rotrou train station was very convenient for us. Being that close to the train lines we never noticed any noise. The apartment is well appointed and new in appearance. Very clean and uncluttered. Wonderful stay! The town of Nogent le Rotrou was an added bonus. Exceptional stay! Kiddos to the host!!"

"Agréable maison avec piscine dans laquelle on se sent chez soi tout de suite. J'ai apprécié la cuisine très spacieuse permettant une grande tablée très bien aménagée avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, partager un repas, garder au frais, congeler. Un grand séjour idéal pour un faire du karaoké ou des jeux de société. La literie est très bien. Des chambres avec des rangements bien pratiques si on reste 1 semaine ou plus. Aussi, 3 terrasses dont 2 pouvant accueillir une grande table et qui permet d'être dehors peu importe la météo. A l'étage différents espaces et équipements (jeux de sociétés, jeux vidéos, babyfoot, petit matériels de fitness pour occuper tout le monde). Le jardin est agréable et arboré avec une petite terrasse pour prendre l'apéro et profiter de la piscine. On peut aussi bronzer sur les transats, jouer au ballon. En résumé, endroit convivial, chaleureux, spacieux, fonctionnel, un bel endroit pour passer un bon moment avec ceux qui vous sont chers."

"Un charme indéniable de cette maison dont le propriétaire nous a conté l'histoire au19ème siècle. L'accueil et la bienveillance des propriétaires furent appréciables. On se serait cru dans le décor d'un roman de l'époque citée. C'est le lieu idéal pour une réunion de famille à proximité de lieux à visiter, intéressants. À noter le restaurant à 2pas exactement, où nous nous sommes régalés ? D. G"

"Great weather , we had a wonderful time. The older children enjoyed sleeping in the cottage. Great out door space, enjoyed the bbq area and the tennis court. the bbq did need cleaning before we could use it. On the down side, broken out door lighting meant it was very dark in the evenings. The pool is small. Not enough cups if everyone wanted a hot drink and no bowls. ( we had to buy bowls so the children could have cereal in the morning) One of the toilets was very dirty, There wasn't a gym. "
