Well, to start the room I reserved was not available. It was a mess so the replacement room was not what we needed with 2 kids. They had to sleep on the floor which was not ideal. Interaction with all of the staff was great. I would say that the pool needed attention. It was really dirty when we were there. The food in the restaurant was good, but I thought it was a little overpriced. It's location is at the edge of town in a industrial area so if you don't have your own transportation then you will need a taxi to go anywhere. In saying that, I would stay there again in the future if I find the need.

Upon arrival, the staff was helpful, and the hotel smelled clean and appeared well maintained at first impression. The hotel also offers free breakfast, free parking, and good views, which are definite positives. However, there were several maintenance and service issues during our stay. The remote control didn’t have batteries, and the room phone was unplugged. After plugging it in, I tried calling the front desk but couldn’t get an answer. I also tried calling room service, but no one answered. I ended up going downstairs to request batteries and place a food order. There were only two towels in the room, but when I requested additional towels, they were brought to us promptly. The biggest issue was the condition of the shower. The shower handles were loose and essentially just sitting on top rather than being properly attached. Overall, the room was clean, the views were nice, and the complimentary breakfast and parking are great perks. However, the hotel definitely needs some maintenance and better attention to the small details, as well as more reliable communication with the front desk and room service. Overall: Clean and comfortable, but maintenance and service could use improvement.

my wife and I had to visit some friends in Nogales Mexico and we always stay at this hotel because is outside the city. we made our reservation through Expedia but when we got to the hotel we did not have a reservation and the problem was mine because i never confirmed my reservation. so we were told by the the front desk clerk to make a reservation thought her or through Expedia and we did and we got our room. I wish all hotels have a great front desk attendant like the girl who checked us in. she was very sweet and kind i forgot her name but she was the night clerk on Friday Sept 18th around 8 pm i will definitely keep staying at this hotel. breakfast was good beds were very comfortable and there is no city noise which is really good. i will come back and tell everyone i know to stay here. great place to stay and the pool was fantastic is small but it was cleaned and warm.
