Stayed here on 04/12-13/2024 great place very clean staff very helpful, room 306 close to elevator so you can here every time someone stops at your floor level but didn’t bother me., letting those who are a little more of a light sleeper.. mall 2 min walking distance restaurant bars in other shopping about 7-10 walking great place really well located.!! Parking is inside mall parking lot get your ticket at entrance and have hotel validate.. loved this place

Sábanas sucias, piso deteriorado, regadera pegajosa y sucia, la taza de baño no contaba con sello de esterilización, máquina de hielo fuera de servicio. Lo que debería ser un buen hotel por la ubicación termina siendo un lugar deteriorado donde no invierten en la manutención del inmueble. Puedes ir a Nogales y decir que te quedaste en un hotel de la línea Marriott pero no tiene la calidad y la limpieza que esperarías.

We had stayed here a year ago and it was great. This time around the cleanliness was not as great there were no towels in the bathroom when we arrived so we had to call and get towels brought which the brought two when we asked for 4,and the iron had a huge burn stain on it so I could not use to iron my clothing very dissappointing.

Mi recamara estaba muy sucia no contaba con jabón o shampoo, ni vasos tampoco agua o hielo, nunca hicieron limpieza en mi abitacion apesar que baje a recepción a pedir la limpieza. Cosa buena el desayuno es delicioso.

I was charge 36 dolars more for brakfast becouse the kids dint get logged in and also room didn’t have proper amount of towels and when I ask for them they never got them
