"Bug infested, no hot water (which was supposed to be included), heating was awful did not kill humidity, and no drinkable water(they gave us 2 500ml bottles). Do not recommend, it was awful. The bed sheets were awful, no elastic on it so it kept coming off. We asked for hot water and the owners said ..."

"This is an outstanding bed and breakfast with a friendly and helpful host. Proximal to Burntcoat Park for experiencing the Bay at low tide. And you are able to watch the tidal bore from the deck of the BNB. The breakfast was great too! I highly recommend."
