Holiday home mit Klimaanlage und Pool

The detached holiday home, built in 1956 and renovated in 2010, is furnished in the typical local style. The property is located on a farm. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the forests and its secluded location on the edge of the woods. Available for use: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, children's playground, and swing.


Location
Noci. The holiday home is located on a farm, on a 4000 sqm enclosed woodland plot with meadow, shrubs and trees, bordered by a wall. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. Large ground-floor structure, a few steps from the forest. Secluded area, just a few steps from the forest. Access is via a track (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 3 cars) in a carport.


Special
Air conditioning, electric heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, ironing board, and washing machine. TV reception via antenna, cable. TV channels only in the local language. The accommodation is allergy-free and equipped with hypoallergenic pillows. Bathrooms are each equipped with an emergency pull cord.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.


Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-April to the end of October with views of the surroundings saltwater 4 m x 10 m 1.4 m deep).

Ground floor (separate holiday apartment): Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed (king size) and TV. All windows and exterior doors are fitted with fly screens.
