The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the forests and its secluded location on the edge of the woods. Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 100 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating. The entrance is ground level and wheelchair accessible and leads directly in the kitchen. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room / bedroom as intersecting room, 30 sqm and with 1 double bed, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bedroom 20 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at bed (smaller 2.00 x 0.90 m) and TV. Kitchen as intersecting room, 15 sqm and with electric cooker induction cooker (2 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom 10 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer, window and washing machine.
Ground floor (separate apartment): Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed and TV.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received only in national language per antenna and cable.


Location
Noci. The holiday home is located on a farm, on a 4000 sqm enclosed woodland plot with meadow, shrubs and trees, bordered by a wall. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. Large ground-floor structure, a few steps from the forest. Secluded area, just a few steps from the forest. Access is via a track (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 3 cars) in a carport.

Air conditioning, electric heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, ironing board, and washing machine. TV reception via antenna, cable. TV channels only in the local language. The accommodation is allergy-free and equipped with hypoallergenic pillows. Bathrooms are each equipped with an emergency pull cord.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.


Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-April to the end of October with views of the surroundings saltwater 4 m x 10 m 1.4 m deep).
