Two Boho Bell Tents for Groups | 6 Guests + Extra Beds | Olive Grove, Calabria

Some holidays are better shared. Two adjacent bell tents in an ancient olive grove become one shared space for six people—or up to eight with extra beds. One tent has four single beds. The other has a double bed, with the option to add one or two extra beds upon request. You can stay together when you want to, and have your own space when you need it.
Both tents are decorated with the same care: vintage kilim rugs covering most of the floor, warm ceramic lamps, soft linen, and artisanal objects selected one by one. It doesn’t feel like camping—it feels like two well-designed rooms that just happen to be under canvas, in an olive grove, in Calabria.
The bathrooms are shared and located just a few steps from the tents.
The property is also home to Brunello and Olivia, two resident donkeys who tend to make a lasting impression on guests—especially children, though rarely just children.

THE PROPERTY
A glamping property nestled in an ancient olive grove on the Riviera dei Tramonti, in Falerna, Calabria. The shared spaces are designed for togetherness: a wood-fired outdoor kitchen, an evening bonfire pit where guests gather after dark, relaxation areas under the olive trees, and a seasonal pool available in the summer. Firewood for the bonfire is available for an additional fee. Breakfast is included every morning for all guests. In the evening, a tasting of local products—Calabrian cheeses, cured meats, and preserves—can be arranged upon request. Contact the property directly for availability and details.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
Breakfast is prepared and served every morning for all
guests. All shared spaces are open to everyone: the
outdoor wood-fired kitchen, the seasonal summer pool, the
bonfire pit, the BBQ area, and all garden and relaxation
areas throughout the property. Free on-site parking.

Evening tastings of local produce can be arranged upon request
for guests staying at the property—contact the property directly for
availability and details.

Firewood for the bonfire and BBQ is available for an additional fee
(€5 per basket).

THE BATHROOM
The bathroom is shared with the other tent, a short walk
from the accommodation. Clean, well-maintained, and shared—
something worth knowing before you book, and easy to appreciate
once you see everything else.
THE AREA — FALERNA & SURROUNDINGS

Golden Camp is located on the Riviera dei Tramonti — named after
its sunsets, which face the Aeolian Islands and, on clear
evenings, reveal the silhouette of Stromboli. This stretch
of the Tyrrhenian coast is one of the least-known and most
rewarding parts of southern Italy.

BEACH & COAST (15 min)
The beaches of Falerna and Gizzeria stretch along a wide, clean
shoreline with clear water. Gizzeria is particularly known
as one of Italy’s best kitesurfing spots, with consistent
winds and a lively beach scene. Torre Lupo—a medieval
coastal watchtower—stands at the edge of one of the most
scenic stretches of coastline in the area and is worth a
short walk.

MOUNTAINS & NATURE (10 min)
Monte Mancuso and the Fiume Griffo valley offer easy hiking
through chestnut and oak forests, river walks, and picnic
spots at higher elevations. The air is noticeably cooler than on the
coast—a welcome contrast after a morning at the beach.

THERMAL BATHS (20 min)
The Terme di Caronte in Lamezia Terme are natural sulfurous
thermal springs known since ancient Roman times. An easy
half-day trip, especially during the off-season.

PIZZO CALABRO (30 min)
A hilltop fishing town with an extraordinary Norman castle
overlooking the sea, a historic centre worth exploring at a leisurely pace,
and—most importantly—the home of “tartufo di Pizzo,” one
of the most famous ice cream desserts in southern Italy.
Worth visiting just for the gelato.

TROPEA (50 min)
The most photographed town in Calabria: red onions, sea
capers, a clifftop cathedral, and a beach considered among
the best in Italy. Busy during peak season but a must-see.

AMANTEA (30 min north)
A quieter alternative to Tropea: Arab-Norman architecture,
a well-preserved historic centre, and excellent seafood
restaurants along the waterfront.

LAMEZIA TERME (30 min)
The local hub for shopping, transport, and services. The
Norman-Swabian Castle of Nicastro dominates the skyline
and is worth a visit for history enthusiasts. The airport
is located here—making arrivals and departures truly easy.

CALABRIA AS A BASE
The property is situated at the geographic centre of Calabria,
making it one of the best-located bases for exploring
the region. Within 60–90 minutes, you can reach the Sila
National Park plateau, the Costa degli Dei, the Aspromonte
mountains, and the Strait of Messina with views of Sicily.
