La estancia sin más, la verdad es que la atención del personal muy buena, tuvimos algún problema y siempre estuvieron dispuestos a solucionarlo, ahí no hay queja porque fueron muy muy amables. Respecto a las instalaciones...nos metieron en unos apartamentos que no aparecen en las fotos, no están muy limpios que se diga y además es una zona en la que solo hay un bar y nada más. Aunque sea apartamento, sino tienes coche, no puedes comprar nada para hacer de comer allí. También decir que toda aquella zona está a medio construir, parece una zona que iba a ser de turismo y se quedó a medias sin acabar de construir. Por último, nos cobraron 50€ mas, además de lo ya pagado, para la supuesta limpieza. Lo cual no entiendo, porque al ser apartamento no te lo limpian durante la estancia y además, como ya he dicho antes, no es que estuviera muy limpio. Pero eso sí, he de resaltar de nuevo que la gente de 10.

Familienurlaub August 2016

Alles in einem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Wir hatten ein Appartement mit Schalfzimmer extra, Kochnische und einem großen Balkon mit Meerblick wo jeden Abend der Sonnenuntergang zu bestaunen war. Leider steht das Gebäude direkt neben einer Baustelle bei der zwar nicht gearbeitet wurde aber den Ausblick etwas betrübte. Kostenloses W-Lan ist NICHT verfügbar wie geschrieben, wir mussten uns eine Italienische Karte für viel Geld besorgen um ins Internet zu kommen. Zum Strand waren es 3 min zu Fuß, der Strand fast leer. Wie im Angebot stand, dass Liegen und Schirme zur Verfügung stehen, hatten wir aber nicht und es hat auch vom Personal niemand etwas dazu gesagt. Parkplatz war sicher, da das Resort durch ein Tor abgesichert war. Direkt unten in unserem Gebäude war ein kleiner Laden wo man die wichtigsten Lebensmittel bekommen hat. Dort braucht man auf jeden Fall ein Auto um etwas zu sehen, zum Glück waren wir mit unserem Auto da und konnten bis nach Sizilien die Gegend erkundigen.

Very disappointed

For the amount of money that we paid to stay here, I would have liked to have clean towels at least every couple of days and clean room. We were charged extra to rent an umbrella and chairs (2) to sit on the beach and if we wanted clean towels we had to pay extra per person to receive them. The room was never cleaned. We were expected to clean our own room, and told this was a residence NOT a hotel. We were, however, charged to clean the room AFTER we left. WIFI was only available in the lobby at certain hours, so when the office closed, the WIFI was shut off. During our stay there was a rain storm and the holding tank overflowed as it was too small to accommodate all the water. Sewage and storm water overflowed on the roads and parking lot. The smell was atrocious. The resort did nothing about it, other than wait. It was LEAST 24 hours before the water/ sewer, drained on its own. Children were riding their bikes in the water and playing in it. It is also located on the highway from Nocera Terinese and Camporo San Giovanni. Alongside the highway "girls" are frequently seen selling their services. I feel that because we were Canadians/ Americans, we were taken advantage of.

Séjour magnifique

Magnifique complexe au bord de la plage. Magasin sur place pas besoin de ce déplacer tout confort génial!!!! Plage super propre. Chambre propre. Service dans les chambres à discuter...
