  • Our lake house is perched in the pine trees facing the sunsets over Pemaquid Lake. It is set in a private and peaceful location with over 200 feet of waterfront. It includes a floating dock and a 40-foot boat dock with a swim ladder. You can enjoy swimming, kayaking, barbecues, smores in the fire pit, the view from the deck, and walks along the private road. The cottage is located centrally to Midcoast Maine attractions including Camden, Rockland, Damariscotta, and Boothbay Harbor. Enjoy lobster bakes on the deck overlooking the lake or at a nearby lobster shack. Pemaquid Beach, Monhegan Island ferry, Damariscotta oyster bars, Lobster Fest, the Pumpkin Festival, and several hiking trails are within 30 minutes. The cottage includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, three bedrooms, and a full kitchen.
