"First time traveling in this area. Hotel appeared new. Room was adequately cleaned. Walls are pretty thin. At night, I could hear banging and walking from the upstairs and side rooms. The complementary breakfast is satisfactory. Bagels, toast, oatmeal, cold cereal, sausage, eggs, juice, coffee etc. Overall, I would come to this hotel again if I am visiting the area."

"Staff was very helpful, front desk especially. They answered all our questions patiently. Room was spotless. Only issue was with the breakfasr... the omelet and sausages were truly inedible but the rest of the breakfaat was good, especially the coffee."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Y Hotel in Jim Thorpe! We stayed in the Rustic Double with our two tween-aged kids, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The amenities were great, especially the steamer, which was such a nice touch. Everything was clean, and the continental breakfast was fresh and convenient. But the best part of our stay was, without a doubt, the staff. “Friendly” almost doesn’t do them justice. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful, but I especially want to recognize Will, who worked at night. He is one of the kindest, most personable, and genuine people I’ve ever met. He was truly one of a kind! My kids actually asked him to play a game with us, which says everything about how comfortable and welcomed he made our family feel. The location is fantastic. It’s right in the heart of town, with everything within easy walking distance. Having parking available was also a huge plus. We highly recommend Yhotel and will absolutely be back!"

"Hotel was clean and renovated. Breakfast was very nice. Only downside was that the hotel is really close to the highway and traffic noise was loud all night. Otherwise a great place to stay."

"What a lovely place. Centered on the Main Street of town and easily walked to all major attractions, except Jim Thorpe Burial site. The hotel was well updated with all conveniences you would expect in a modern hotel. We had a front room overlooking the street. The only negative was there is a balcony across the front of the hotel and people sat right in front of our windows and you could hear them talking. But it would go quiet by 10 o’clock at night. And we did spend a few hours out there enjoying the activities. We didn’t mind the activities out there at all and met several interesting people. The hotel restaurant was perhaps the best restaurant in town and was reasonably priced. Service was outstanding and friendly. We would stay here again if we decide to come back in the future."
