Clean and modern stay in Nizwa

A modern clean and tidy hotel in Nizwa. Beds were super comfortable and the strong water pressure was a true relief after a stay in a desert camp :) There’s not too much around, but with a car you reach the center in ten minutes

No plug sockets near a mirror in the rooms. A grab rail round the pool would be good. The area where breakfast was served was very narrow and cramped, but the food was nice. The decor was fresh and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

I paid extra for an executive suite, which is supposed to sleep 4. It does not. It has one king bed and a small couch. The front desk claimed this was a sofa bed, but it is not. It is too small, neither wide nor long enough for one adult, two is impossible. An extra rollout bed, which is very hard and uncomfortable was to be another extra charge until we complained. The front desk staff never made comments on the room when they saw 4 people checking in. And we had to argue with the manager at 11pm for not being charged for a rollout bed. The manager was lying about the reservation, saying the room was not for 4 and that the children were under 2 on the reservation, which they were not. Only when we challenged him to come to the room to look at the reservation and explain how 4 people could sleep did he relent on the extra charge.

Ein guter Standort für Nizwa und Umgebung

Wir haben mehrere Ausflüge von diesem Standort gemacht inkl. Nizwa. Das Hotel ist relativ neu und bietet viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Mall gleich neben an) und problemloses Parkieren. Nizwa ist, mit dem Auto, einen Katzensprung entfernt. Alles im allem ein sehr gutes und zentrales Hotel, wir würden es wieder wählen.

J'ai été plus que satisfaite de cet hotel qui a totalement répondu à mes attentes. La chambre était très propre et grande. Le personnel a été très gentil et arrangeant avec nous. La piscine était ensoleillée et il n'y avait personne au moment où nous y étions ce qui était très appréciable. Je ne regrette pas d'avoir choisi cet hotel et je reviendrai sans hésiter merci encore à toute l'équipe

A cidade de Nizwa não possui muitas opções de hoteis de rede. Escolhemos este por estar melhor localizado. Está próximo de 2 centros de compras. Gostamos do hotel, tem uma estrutura ok, um excelente café da manhã e ótimo atendimento
