Girls weekend at this property and it was perfect - clean, perfect size, beautiful vibes. Loved the fireplace, proximity to the water (and access to kayaks), and within 3 miles of a wonderful walking trail, downtown, and fun restaurants and activities. The kitchen was well stocked and the communication was wonderful! Would recommend.

Nice little spot

Beautiful grounds, beach area. We enjoyed a bonfire after a day of golf and were able to witness Northern Lights. Would come back.

It was a beautiful stay!! And for the most part the unit was clean. The only complaints are - it’s time to replace the kitchen towels. Even though they were hopefully clean, they were dingy and full of stains. Some of the pans weren’t clean. It might be because there is a dishwasher but no dishwasher pods. Maybe include 1 or 2 in your starter kit.Also, most parties have at least four people and your living room only sits three. Thank you!

Great place to stay in a central location in the Brainerd/Nisswa area, nice lake view.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness and cleanliness of the condo. Large kitchen with everything we needed. Confortable living area to unwind. Great lakeview to look enjoy during morning coffee. I will definitely stay again on my next visit to the area.

Perfect location, easy in and out, nice playground and fire pits with a sand swimming beach and outdoor grille area, free kayaks and boat rentals on site. Well kept grounds, nice furnishings inside, easy check in. They need to clean better.

We enjoyed the unit we had, but I did not notice that we had an upper-level unit. Navigating the stairs with luggage, etc. for people over 75 years was a bit trying. The weather could have cooperated a bit more (not your fault!)

Everything was great except when stripping the bed, there was a large urine stain on one mattress pad and the frying pan was dirty- dried egg.

We were able to get to all kinds of attractions from this location without having to drive for any great length of time. We experienced a multitude of activities including pontooning on Gull Lake, an amazing zip lining adventure, a virtual reality experience, mini golf, fabulous shopping and numerous excellent dining experiences. And we knew we would be returning to a clean, comfortable, spacious home-away-from-home that had everything we needed for a successful vacation.

Great location and just as described.

We had a great time at this property. Everything was just as described and we loved the centralized location. Very minor critiques...One, the parking isn't great in the winter time as it's a bit of a walk. Two, I thought we would be lakeside but there are actually a few similar homes between this property and the lake. Again, those are very minor and we loved our stay!

Good location

The location is good for getting to Nisswa or Brainerd attractions. The one downfall of the unit is though it sleeps 8, it does not have enough seating for meals or relaxing for that many people. The living room only seats 3-4 people and the eating space has only 6 chairs. Overall the unit was clean and we enjoyed the view of the lake.
