"Room was clean, but dated. Sadly, the air conditioning did not work at all even after we had someone come take a look and supposedly fixed it. It was 74 degrees in the room at all times for two days. Breakfast is cook to serve for $15 per person. Good point, at least the don't make you pay for self parking in their parking lot like Holiday Inn Express."

"Check in was great until I was told I had to pay for parking but confirmed with other friends that stood there they were not charged. i have been to this location several times and never had to pay. Bunch of smokers on the property. Major concern the cleanliness of the room unacceptable. The room appeared outdated and poorly maintained, with yellowing walls and visible signs of deterioration, i found public hairs on both my sheets & towels. I stayed for a week thinking the replacement sheets and towels would be cleaner and the same issue. I usually do not leave negative feed back but was so unhappy especially traveling from Florida just wanted to relax. "

"The room was pretty gros, does not match ANY of the pictures. Carpet sticky in spots, ripped up in other spots. Someones phone number CARVED into the table. No fridge or microwave. Door did not even close correctly. Overall not an optimal stay despite the cheap price."

"There are Pros and Cons to all rentals. I am giving this 5 stars since it met our needs. Pros: location, check in, cleanliness, skylights were nice, towels were good size, lots of blankets. Cons: 1 bathroom with 6 adults was so so, only 2 mirrors in whole place, tiny fridge, no microwave, birds chirping early and the window coverings were light, the queen beds felt smaller but were comfortable, more pillows would be good. We would stay here again since the price was right and the location was perfect."
