Bathing place. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2 with trees. Rowing boat (on request). 530 m footpath to the house. Public parking 530 m. Shop 6 km, bus stop "Tjønnefoss" 2 km, railway station "Gjerstad" 50 km, ferry "Langesund" 107 km. Fishing possibilities 100 m. Please note: fishing [permit required]. The tap water has no drinking water quality. No running water in the house.

Rustic furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and dining table. 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (mini-oven, oven, Gas stove, 4 gas rings). Simple dry toilet. Wood heating. Heating not available in all rooms. Wooden floors. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). View of the lake. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Bed layout is flexible. Natur pur, ohne Luxus

Mitten in der Wildnis. Ein Boot mieten lohnt sich; der See ist größer als man ihn sich vorstellt. Wer den Luxus sucht ist hier fehl am Platz (Natur-Toilette; kein fließend Wasser, das wird mit Kanistern aus dem See geholt; Baden im See...). Uns hat’s Spaß gemacht. Um das Haus herum ist alles voller Blaubeeren, auch Preiselbeeren. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Angeln geht auch. Das Auto/Wohnmobil kann nur außer Sichtweite geparkt werden und steht etwa 300 m weit weg.
