"Front desk staff were great. The hotel in general is super run down. The rooms too. Not at all like the pictures. Breakfast was a disaster with the room attendant screaming that only one waffle was included. She had no idea that I was there for myself and my child. My child was sitting in the lobby with our belongings to check out. The waffle iron wasn’t in working order and spilled bater all over me, which was made more awful when I was yelled at. This wasn’t my fault, burned me, and left me feeling like a child being berated. We stayed for two nights. In that time, my room key didn’t work SEVEN times. "

"More hooks for towels in the bath room The shower wall doesn’t really fit with the shower head and floor gets very wet cause all the water goes out cause the wall is not long enough No where to hang bathing suits - in the closet yes but add a drip tray? Also should have pool towels in the rooms so we can walk with one as some people don’t want to bring a change of clothes A good handle on the bathroom door No shower caps :( Milk alternative for breakfast at Montana's Useable outlet on only one side of the bed Otherwise great room, great hotel and greater staff!! "

"The toilets are small and low to the ground. I actually had to get my daughter to come in and pull me up because I have hip problems. They should upgrade to tall toilets"

"I actually walked out of the Dennys restaurant as I was not being served. Chop restaurant on the other hand made up for the lack of service with exceptional servi e!"

"The reason we stayed at the hotel was to use the pool for my children. Unfortunately when we checked in. The pool wasn’t working and the staff asked us to use the next door hotel pool. We didn’t want to do that. It meant going outside and walking outside with wet hair. Unfortunately not a good idea with it being winter. That’s the only downside of staying at the pool. We travelled 2 hours away for a mini gateway. Was pretty disappointing not having a pool. "

"Room was spacious and clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well above average. Hot tub was only luke warm, had to have a hot shower after getting out just to warm up. Pool area was spacious and clean. In a bit of an industrial area with not much for amenities close by. Easy access to major roadways to easily get around the city"
