Hotel is self check in, no reception. Good value for money. Comfortable room, pub restaurant next door, Stairs could be hard for older people. See through curtains,so you get street lights at nite. I carry newspaper & tape , so I can cover the windows at nite

You get a basic room with low, soft bed, smallish shower, but excellent AC and a balcony. There were no serious issues but the mattress could be upgraded and for the prices it would be nice to have sheets that fit the bed. Perhaps it’s a thing in Serbia, but I’ve never seen a Queen-sized bed with 2 single sheets arranged cross-wise, leaving a seam (gap) down the middle.

Great

Great experience at this hotel. It's location is perfect, right next to the city centre (and in the middle of two of Nis' attractions - the Fortress & the Skull Tower). The rooms are large, bright, clean and spacious. Even the balcony was big. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating - from showing me on Google maps which ATM/bankomat to use without fees, to allowing me to check out later (which enabled me to work for a few hours longer before moving to another country). Access to the building is simple with an electronic tag, and there is a bar/restaurant directly downstairs (as well as food options and supermarkets within 3mins walk).

Was a great stay at the lovely city of Nis. The Hotel is really well located near the center and you can walk from there everywhere . You will find all that you need during your stay at Bloom and the staff are really friendly and open to give you the best tips on what to visit . Fantastic hotel 5 star service

Centrally located hotel within easy reach of all major attractions. Our flight was delayed and the staff ensured that we could check in with no issues. We were provided with first class service with help on where to go and what are the best bars and restaurants. Try the retro bar next door for great food and drinks. I’ve stayed in numerous hotels across the world however few match the service here. Great prices and great room. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Good place with great food/drinks in Nis

We stayed only one night but we are coming back here next time we are in Nis. Owner was very helpfull and even offered himself to take us to the airport. Good food in the restaurant and great choice of beer in Pivnica(restaurant/caffe/beer pub) in the same building. Only 300m from center of Nis. Room was clean and comfortable for 3 of us for one night and its okej if you are staying couple of days.
