Good location for Nis center, but what made it exceptional was the staff , Mila was so friendly and helpful checking us in , and the morning people were excellent both in doing their job but saving me from a dead battery problem on my check out , they truly had my problem solved in a short time, so grateful for the help, they were 5 star service,thanks

This charming hotel housed in a beautifully renovated Art Nouveau-style building, and I absolutely loved it! The old architecture, with its ornate fireplace and intricate ceiling details, has been preserved with great taste, while modern updates and stylish decor create a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere. The facilities are inviting and well-maintained, offering a relaxed vibe without any sense of pomposity. The variety of seating areas, including the plush lounge chairs and the modern bedroom setup, added to the overall comfort. The location is a huge plus, being close to a vibrant street filled with restaurants, cafes, and bars, all with an amazing atmosphere. A special thank you goes to Tea and Mila for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism—they truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel but no free parking

Nice hotel in Nis close to restaurants and bars. No free parking available. The hotel charged me 4€ for parking in the street in front of the hotel.

We liked the room the interior was nice, the bathroom was clean. Breakfast could have been great if the glasses, plates and cutlery were dirty. There were only two parking spots and it costs 7€. The parking spot is directly next to a construction site.

We stayed one night in Niş and absolutely loved the ArtLoft Hotel. The hotel is very stylish and is filled with interesting art from Serbian artists. The room was large and very comfortable Mina was very welcoming at check in and is one of the most gracious hotel employees I have ever met in all my years of travel. She had great recommendations for dinner and the surrounding area. She also kindly gave us a mini tour of the art in the hotel

Amazing Stay in Niš

Excellent staff, they were very friendly, knowledge and well-mannered. I felt like I was visiting a relative or friend who was helping me understand Niš better. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable -- even with my jet lag, I had a good night sleep. The view was beautiful; I could see the city and local neighbors from my little balcony. Breakfast was well priced, had good options and was tasty. Overall an excellent experience 1) because of the staff; 2) the price and 3) the hotel's space and cleanliness.

We had a great stay and the staff was lovely and helpful. Our room was on two levels since we had our kids with us. Air conditioning was great. One thing we did not enjoy was the elevator that only went up to the 3rd floor. It was challenging with a bunch of suitcases. Still would definitely stay here again.

A good choice

New hotel on the last floor of an old building in a ugly street’ but very close to the center (3 min walk). The design is nice and pleasant and the rooms are comfortable. Good service.

Excellent receptionist on both days, there were really helpful especially as I had to cut my trip short by one day.. Eventhough the sink was cracked and the plug in it didn’t raise, I thoroughly enjoy the quirkiness of the hotel. I’d go again.

Elendigt ophold

Meget skuffende ophold. Døren kunne ikke åbne til min kollegas værelser, der ikke kunne komme til sine ting i mange timer. Han måtte ind på nyt værelse. Det skuffende ophold blev, da der var lukket for vandet, så vi ikke kunne komme i bad. Det er simpelthen ikke godt nok.
