  • Conveniently located just two miles from downtown Nipomo, this two-story house offers the perfect home base for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation with your family and friends! This unbeatable location allows you to be within a short distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and must-visit attractions, including Nipomo Regional Park, Monarch Dunes Golf Club, Laetitia Vineyard & Winery, PCPA - Pacific Conservatory Theatre, Santa Maria Valley Discovery Museum, Pismo Beach Monarch Butterfly Grove, and Waller Park.

    This sunny escapade enjoys a private front patio with plenty of inviting seating and a gas/wood grill to prepare the most delicious grilled treats for the crew. Inside, this air-conditioned home boasts not one, but two living areas, each as welcoming as the other. Upon entering, you will discover one of the living areas that seamlessly opens up to the dining area. Go down a short flight of stairs to reach the second living area, which offers numerous sofas, a Roku smart TV, plenty of entertaining board games, and a gas fireplace that will keep you nice and warm during your stay. The chef of the group will have a blast preparing delicious homemade meals in the spacious, bright kitchen, complete with modern appliances. All three bedrooms are located upstairs, with a primary suite featuring its own en suite bath. Off-road and ATV/RV parking on the property adds convenience during your stay.

This spacious property is ideal for large families. Beautifully decorated with a modern beach theme. The property lacked good quality everyday common household items such as forks, cooking utensils and no kuerig. The kitchen cups etc are coated and sticky did not want to drink out of as well as the pots and pans these simple things need replacement Bathroom shower stall glass door is a danger and came out of railing, needs upgrade. This property could easily be 5 stars with an easy "refreshing" of these items. I loved the property Beautiful and charming and would definitely stay again. Price point is right on!

Great home!

This home is super close to our family, making it really convenient to stay here. Really enjoyed the layout of the house, it made it perfect for our family to be able to be together, while also having enough space to do separate things. I was able to watch a movie in the downstairs living room while the kids played in the other living room. Will definitely book here again!

Nipomo Stay

The house was spacious and plenty of room for 7 of us It was located close to the grocery store which was nice. The description specifically stated the home was air conditioned and it was not. When I called to report the a/c was not working (there was a thermostat) I was told that the house didn't in fact have a/c and that they would find a solution and I never heard back from anyone. I called the next day to find out what happened and they offered a $160 credit.. I spoke to a supervisor who refused to offer more. I reached out directly to vrbo who requested photos. I was unable to provide them until the following day because we were not at the house while I was messaging vrbo and no one ever followed up with me Additionally there was a long term tenant living behind the house which we were not aware of when we booked. It is listed in the listing but we missed it... We would not have booked the location if we had realized that.. and VRBO did not do a good job of making sure we were aware of this. Due to not having any ac we had to have the doors and windows open at all times which meant we had zero privacy. This home also says it welcomes pets..(we did not bring any) but there was a dog running freely around the property at different times -- so if we had brought a dog --that could have presented its own issue as well

Great for family vacation

When you first walk in it’s so welcoming. Everything is clean and tidy. It was well stocked with everything you can imagine. All beds were comfortable. The neighbors were super friendly. It was only 15 min away from the beach! I would highly recommend!! I definitely found my new vacation spot!
