Very nice cozy hotel , wonderful staff , rooms tight but that’s expected, it’s Tokyo.

Loved, loved, loved this hotel. It was a 4 minute walk to Hamamatsucho station which is on the Yamanote line and away from the hustle and bustle. Although there is a train line next to the hotel you don't hear them after certain time. The staff were absolutely amazing! We first went to the wrong hotel and one of the staff members gave us directions to the right hotel but then got on his bicycle and followed us to ensure we were going to the right hotel. The staff were so kind, super helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again. I booked the Japanese style room was was big for 3 of us and enough space for our suitcases. It has a washer/dryer in the room which was convenient. 7/11 and 2 Lawson's just around the corner. 800m walk to the Tokyo Tower which has a nice restaurant.

Very clean rooms and great service. The bar is also great to check out!

We loved every second of our stay. From the perfect location to the warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful staff, everything exceeded our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.
