"The on-site restaurant had a limited meal selection and was next to a very noisy inside waterfall. We stayed in a Japanese style room, it was an experience but as a westerner sleeping on the floor was not much fun. The hotel is well located close to the water front, the ferry terminal and lake side ..."

Five star staff, location, and facilities
"Five star staff, location, and facilities. One lesson learned: there is a kitchen in the cabins and grills in the pavilion, but the few restaurants and stores around the lake are expensive and/or close early. Bring food!"
