About this property
Moose Cabin in the Heart of Moose Country Alaska!
- Welcome to Wildman Getaway! This recently remodeled cabin has a full kitchen, bathroom with shower, a queen bed on the main level, and 4 single beds in the loft along with a front porch to relax on and watch the wildlife. There is also a laundry available in the Wash House.
One of the most amazing things about Wildman Getaway is its location! Located in the heart of moose country, you'll have plenty of opportunity to see the moose, wild turkeys, sandhill cranes and other wildlife who reside in the area. It is close to so much, yet still private. It's only a short and beautiful 1.7 mile walk to the Kenai Peninsula Fair Grounds where the Salmonfest and Kenai Peninsula Fair are held each summer. Are you tired of too many people? We can work with that. Do you not want to be too far from civilization? We accommodate that also.
