Really Enjoyed my stay at the Green Beach Hotel, stayed for 2 weeks in March and had a fabulous time. The location is just about perfect, 2 minute walk to the beach & surrounded by some great restaurants, bars, clubs, coffee shops, juice stalls & convenience stores. Pretty much everything you’d need on the doorstep including vendors of fake everything from Crocs to Prada handbags. The rooms are big, clean, comfortable & well equipped with high ceilings and good quality quiet air conditioning. I had breakfast included but as I’m usually a tea and toast man the selection was not particularly my taste but there was a wide selection of hot and cold food but not really my thing so I used the local bakeries etc. (I can recommend “Secret” & “Iced Coffee” just up the road) All of the staff at the Hotel deserve praise, everyone I encountered, the waiters, cleaners, maids, lobby staff were superb and made my stay particularly memorable. Special mention to Gia Anh who was extremely helpful & informative throughout my stay & a credit to the Hotel. I was even given a courtesy check out extension due to a late flight time. In terms of presenting a balanced view I must say the wifi for a modern hotel wasnt really good enough, the download speeds constantly veered from good to bad which meant during busy times I couldnt even maintain WhatsApp audio calls so certainl

Room was spotless, staff amazing, breakfast was the best I've ever had from any hotel in the world. My only complaint is there was a lack of information about some of the available amenties. It was a little bit of explore and self discovery.

We stayed here for six nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was large, well-appointed, very comfortable, and exceptionally quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room had all the amenities we needed. The location was fantastic and made it easy to enjoy everything nearby. What truly stood out, however, was the service and the management team. I had a minor issue during our stay—something I honestly didn’t expect to be addressed. I simply sent a quick email so they would be aware of it for future guests. To my surprise, the management team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was spectacular. It’s very rare for a larger company to have management that is this proactive and genuinely committed to making sure their guests have a great experience. The way they handled the situation more than made up for the small issue. Kudos to both the staff and the management team for being absolutely amazing.

We had the best time staying here for New Year. Tan who ran the restaurants was incredible. She was so helpful friendly and accommodating. We loved the buffet and fireworks for New Year. We also loved the bay the hotel was based in meant long walks / runs on the beach were possible. The food was fantastic in all the restaurants and the room gorgeous and clean. We liked the multiple pools.

Hotel & staff are beyond expectation.
