This newly built charming villa Leonarda is located in the small town of Nin. The medieval and historical city of Nin is best known for it's sandy beaches. The most famous and longest beach in Nin, which will enchant You, is called Kraljičina beach. The city has many recognizable landmarks such as the statue of Bishop Grgur Ninski and many others. The location of the villa is excellent due to numerous beaches, restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance.

In the garden of the villa there is a heated swimming pool with sun beds where You can enjoy sunrays or lounge area in the shadow.
