In brief, i would not return to this hotel unless their prices get cheaper 35% or more compared to similar hotels. The hotel call itself resort when is far from. it does not have a dedicated restaurant, not any other facility besides the small swimming pool, no bar, no restaurant, no span, no nothing. The hotel is no accessible for people witg mobility problems, no ramps but several stairs. No welcome guys on the main entrance, you need to find your way with your luggage all the way to the lobby. I booked a family room... which is far from a expected family room. to.put it simple, it is a room for 4 people. No table for four, no microwave or any facility that typical family rooms have. The hotel have conecftuon to the beach, but they do not have deal with the hotels on the beach that own the beach loungers... So, you will need to seek rent in other please but not there because hotels does not rent theur beach loungers. The breakfast was ok of you arecome from.countries where hotel breakfastals are american style. However, compared to thailand standard, the breakfast was limited, they do have options, the minimal.for each category, which for a cheaper hotel would be nice, but not for the price range that i booking. The taste for the curry were good, fruits were nice, terrible coffee, 3 typea of breads, vegetarian options, and some other dishes. The internet was terrible, disconnected all the time and extremely slow. at the point to be useless. we activate out hotspots.

Staff was incredible. Very attentive. Food was great especially the breakfast. Only downside was the whole pool and bar area was closed for renovations. The price you sometimes pay for traveling in low season

Clean washroom and excellent staff. Extrmeely hardworking staff. About 4 min walk from rooms to front entrance. 10 to 15 min walk from Saikeaw Beach and Winks.

We really enjoyed our time at this property. There are a couple of things to keep in mind, it might not be your thing. The area around it has lots of small seafood restaurants on the beach. These are open cooking with fresh seafood. We absolutely loved the variety and the food. Some westerners might find it too much different that standard dining. You are in Thailand on the beach! We loved it. Some Westerners might find the breakfast a litte too Thai. They do have fresh eggs served and cooked to order, cereal, yogurt and a lot of delicious soups and Thai food that you should try. Across from the hotel is a nice beach and walking at night is great to see all of the different dining options. As a Westerner, I would highly recommend this hotel and you should spring for the superior beach view room, it was incredible. They also have a good pool and decent gym. The people in this hotel were very nice, always smiling and working to accommodate every need.
