A great stay at this lovely hotel - in the heart of central Amsterdam so perfect to explore the area easily. Hotel is very secure - room was safe and clean and staff friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfortable and facilities included all that we required. Would recommend, and return. Thank you!

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Hotel location is excellent. Steps from Dam square. Only a couple of minutes to the metro and trams. Many restaurants in the surrounding streets. 10 min walk to Ann Frank house and Central station.
Rooms in need of decorating and were dark. But clean nevertheless. Breakfast was good too.

The hotel is in city center, easy to walk around. We walk everywhere. Hotel staff is friendly. When we arrived, our rooms are ready which is a big bonus. They help us to book the night cruise and we like it very much. It was an open boat, it ’s cold but we dressed warm so no problem. Overall it’s a good hotel. I will stay there again next time.

There was no one there for checking into the hotel. There was a notice on the door with a local phone number. WE DO NOT HAVE PHONE ACCESS in Europe.
