The Space:

Upon entering the Indigo Seasight holiday apartment, you are immediately greeted by a frontal sea view. You step straight into the open kitchen and inviting living room, both overlooking the sea. From this space, you have direct access to the balcony, where you can relax and fully enjoy the view, the sea breeze, and the holiday atmosphere. The sofa in the living room can also be converted into a double bed.



The apartment features one bedroom with a practical bunk bed (a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top), allowing accommodation for up to five people in total. The bathroom is functionally equipped with a shower, single washbasin, and toilet.



Indigo Seasight is ideally located on the seafront promenade of Nieuwpoort, within walking distance of the beach, beach bars, and all essential amenities. Every hing is close by, offering the ultimate coastal experience.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the apartment and its facilities.

1 pet is allowed in Indigo Seasight. A supplement of €20/night will be charged for this.



PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.



OTHER:

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
