The Space:

Welcome to DuinGeluk, a cosy and comfortable holiday apartment for 6 people. Upon arrival, you enter the hallway, where you can easily store your coats, shoes and personal belongings. From the hallway, you enter the pleasant living area, which forms the cosy heart of the apartment.



The living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a welcoming dining area. It is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast together, prepare a delicious meal or have a cosy dinner. After a day at the seaside, the comfortable sitting area is the ideal place to relax and enjoy an evening watching TV together. The living area also provides direct access to the terrace. It is a lovely place to enjoy the fresh air, have a meal together or unwind with a drink after a wonderful day at the coast.



DuinGeluk has two bedrooms. The first bedroom is practically furnished with a bunk bed and a wardrobe offering plenty of storage space for your belongings. The second bedroom is more spacious and features a comfortable double bed and a bunk bed, as well as ample storage space.



The bathroom is equipped with all the necessary comforts. It features a spacious walk-in shower and a double washbasin. There is also a separate toilet.



The location makes DuinGeluk truly complete. The apartment is just a stone's throw from the marina of Nieuwpoort, between Nieuwpoort-Bad and Nieuwpoort-Stad. Here, you can enjoy a peaceful and green environment, while the coast, shops, restaurants and marina are all within easy reach. The perfect base for those who want to enjoy both the tranquillity and the lively atmosphere of Nieuwpoort.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are NOT provided in this accommodation.



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.



OTHER:

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
