Quiet holiday home right on the Baltic Sea near Warnemünde

  • The house is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Nienhagen between Heiligendamm and Warnemünde, directly on the Baltic Sea and on the Baltic Sea Cycle Path. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac with a large garden.
    The house has a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor and a large living and dining area with TV and fireplace. In addition, a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other bedroom with a single bed and a double bed in a cozy corner under a slope and a second large bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. Underfloor heating, wall radiators and a fireplace ensure cozy warmth even in the colder seasons.
    A parking space and a terrace with garden furniture and grill are available.
    Pets and smoking are expressly not allowed in the house!
    Please note: The spa tax is collected on site and is not part of the rental price!
