"Great location, felt like we were in the heart of the activities of the town. Clean rooms, well appointed. Self check in feature adds convenience since hotel is not really staffed after 6pm. Cons- WiFi did not work the entire stay. Staff could not fix and nothing really was done to compensate for this issue. Elevator was down for most part of the stay. 5 floor hotel with plenty of steps. "The room was fine. Clean etc. Hotel and staff were all good too. Good location. Ideal parking. Was quiet despite being at the main bus station area of the train station. The windows opened for fresh air which was useful as I suppose the guest before us had turned to thermostat to 30° and it was boiling. Unfortunately the heat woke me from a really nice mattress and comfortable linens. Overall, the hotel was not at fault for anything, so 5 stars, absolutely earned. "
