Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and ours opened on to a terrace and a beautiful, peaceful garden. Lovely bedlinen, and - hallelujah! - no useless, grubby cushions on the bed (as some hotels still insist on doing). Breakfast was worth every cent of the €9 it cost. Even though I was traveling alone, I was told that I was upgraded to a larger room. But this was a very dark basement room with an additional bunk bed. It was so cold and the heat took hours to reach a point when I cold remove my coat. There was not a comfortable chair in the room; just cheap plastic chairs. The stairs going down to the basement were crowded with stand-alone...
